QASS Optimizer4D

The QASS Optimizer4D is a high-performance industrial computer designed for real-time process monitoring. It features deep memory capacities and serves as a measurement system for process monitoring, crack detection, hardness testing, and data analysis. Its extreme sampling rate of 50 MHz allows it to measure conditions that are otherwise only simulated, such as tool wear, micro-damage in components, temperature variations in materials, and machine noise analysis. This enables in-line, non-destructive monitoring, ensuring continuous process optimization.

The Optimizer4D offers direct interfaces for machine communication, including BUS, IO interfaces/PLC, and TCP/IP protocols. This ensures seamless integration with production environments and allows for direct process adjustments. Equipped with a high-performance measurement card featuring four simultaneously operating channels, it efficiently processes large volumes of data from various sensor types. It supports up to eight preamplifiers and 48 sensors per measuring unit, providing parallel Fourier transformation with 40 µs spacing per spectrum. Additionally, its analog sensor data display helps improve process referencing.
