Leitech High Resolution Gauge

The Leitech High-Resolution Gauge is an upgraded version of the Leitech Combi Gauge. Like the Combi Gauge, it measures both thread quality and thread depth in a single operation, but it also offers finer scale measurement for greater precision. One of its key features is a locking device, which allows you to lock the measuring sleeve after taking a reading.

This is especially useful for checking threads in hard-to-reach areas or when it’s difficult to read the depth and inspect the thread at the same time. The depth is measured when the gauge is screwed into the thread hole and the telescopic sleeve inside the handle is pushed upward—depth can then be read directly from the scale.

The High-Resolution Gauge offers a resolution of 0.1 mm (0.005″). For even higher accuracy needs, Leitech recommends the Digi Gauge, which has a resolution of 0.01 mm (0.0005″). If lower accuracy is acceptable, the Combi Gauge with 0.5 mm (0.025″) resolution is a more basic and cost-effective option.
