Werth VideoCheck V HA

VideoCheck® V HA is used for Ultra-precise measurement system for rotational parts. It is designed for fast and extremely accurate measurement of shafts and tools. Built with a solid granite base, advanced air bearing technology, and temperature-stable scale systems, it can measure with very low uncertainty — as small as a tenth of a micrometre. It includes a vertical rotary axis that prevents bending of parts due to their own weight. This makes it ideal for measuring rotationally symmetrical parts like form milling cutters, spiral taps, step and thread taps, and shafts.

These machines are ideal for measuring external geometries, cylinder surfaces, and tools, using techniques such as Envelope Scanning and Raster Scanning. The system compensates for run-out errors through mathematical methods and includes software for correcting the grinding process with interfaces to processing machines. With modular design and a wide range of sensors, these machines offer a highly adaptable solution for various measuring tasks. The system’s core features include Werth contour image processing, Werth Zoom, and a patented Raster Scanning HD system that delivers giga-pixel resolution for measuring cylindrical precision workpieces with micrometer tolerances and 3D microgeometries.
