Werth ScopeCheck S

ScopeCheck® S is a compact multisensor measuring machine designed for small workpieces. It is a sturdy 3D CNC measuring system built with granite and polymer concrete, making it ideal for use both in production areas and measuring rooms. It features protected guideways and scales, as well as temperature compensation, ensuring reliable performance even in challenging shopfloor conditions.

The machine comes with the Werth image processing sensor, which is specially designed for precise dimensional measurements. It accurately detects edges even in low-contrast situations. Various focus variation techniques allow for detailed 3D optical measurements.

This machine is commonly used for measuring turned, milled, plastic, punched, and bent parts.

Equipped with Werth contour image processing and autofocus, the system supports various sensors, including fixed optics, and Werth Zoom. Additional patented sensors, such as Werth Fiber Probe®, Werth Laser Probe, and Chromatic Focus sensors, enhance measurement capabilities. The Werth Multisensor System enables automatic sensor changes, while the WinWerth® software simplifies evaluation with 3D graphics and CAD support.
