Werth NanoMatic

Werth NanoMatic is a multi-sensor measuring machine for checking small tools right on the shop floor.

This machine is specially designed for fast and accurate inspection during production. It uses the unique Werth V Pro rotary fixture to hold cylindrical tools securely, avoiding wobbling or run-out errors. This ensures highly precise measurements of contours, such as radii, diameters, and shapes, with repeat accuracy in the range of tenths of a micrometre.

The modular design supports multisensor integration, including Werth contour image processing with autofocus. The WinWerth® software simplifies measurement evaluation with 3D graphics and CAD support.
