Werth ScopeCheck V

ScopeCheck® V  is an accurate shaft and tool measurement. This series is designed to accurately measure round parts like shafts and tools, both in the shopfloor and measuring room. It’s faster and more precise than traditional shaft measuring machines, which usually only measure 2D shapes using backlighting.

With ScopeCheck® V, you can measure complex features like splines, flutes, cams, and cooling holes—all in one setup. This is possible thanks to its smart multi-sensor system, which includes conventional tactile sensors, the advanced Werth Fiber Probe® micro-probe, and the Werth Laser Probe.

In short, ScopeCheck® V gives you a complete and highly accurate measurement solution for round parts, all in a single machine.

The modular design allows for tailored solutions based on measuring accuracy, speed, range, and sensor needs. The system offers a wide variety of sensors, including the Werth contour image processing with autofocus. With the WinWerth® software, measurements are easy to evaluate, and the machine supports automatic sensor changing, rotary/tilt heads, and more. It also provides traceable 3D specifications with DAkkS certification and is capable of measuring complex geometries, such as cylindrical workpieces and gear teeth.
