Horizon 800

The Horizon 800 CMM is engineered with advanced frictionless linear drives, ensuring fast, smooth, and highly precise movements. Its granite table and Y-axis rail offer excellent thermal stability, helping to maintain measurement accuracy even under changing conditions.

To prevent heat from affecting performance, the Y-axis drive is strategically positioned away from the linear encoder, allowing the granite to absorb any generated heat. Equipped with non-contact linear motors, the Horizon offers reliable, low-maintenance operation. Designed for high-precision contact scanning, it delivers quiet performance with accuracy under two microns.

Horizon 1000

Building on the proven performance of the Horizon 800 series, Horizon 1000 extend the capabilities of the original model with a larger measuring range while retaining the same advanced frictionless linear drive technology. These models are specifically optimized for their increased size, featuring a mid-mounted Y-axis rail for enhanced measurement precision, improved air-bearing separation for stability, and custom lightweight components to reduce torque and maintain rigidity.

Additional enhancements, such as a taller Y-axis rail, a lighter carriage, and a more powerful Z-axis motor, ensure exceptional performance without compromising speed or accuracy—even when measuring larger components.
